This is the first full album from LIAPEI as a 3 piece. It was released in October 2016 and as featured in it's entirety on the radio show Musicology.

After At What Cost was released, LIAPEI also became featured artist of the week on CamGlen radio. This was the first time that LIAPEI's music reached a day time radio audience, as well as evening and late night shows.

In another first for LIAPEI, At What Cost was the bands first release on CD.
It was released in November 2016 as a limited run and sold out within 2 days of release.
